The StatIQ Band is a wearable and wireless body voltage monitor used for managing Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) in electronics manufacturing and hazardous environments.
This version contains no wireless communication hardware for use in secure locations. Settings can be changed over USB, and feedback comes from audible alarms and LEDs.

The StatIQ Band measures the user's body voltage without any tethers or wires, giving them complete mobility to move around the workplace.
When a preset voltage is exceeded, the Band emits an audible alarm indicating that it is unsafe to handle sensitive electronics or travel in explosive environments.
If a discharge to sensitive equipment does occur, the StatIQ Band identifies the ESD event with another audible alarm.
